Create your own delicious gluten free bread at home with BASCO Bread Mix.

2 teaspoons (10mL) polyunsaturated vegetable oil
230mL water
22cm x 11cm non-stick loaf pan greased
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F (160°C fan forced). Grease loaf pan.
MixPlace bread mix, egg, oil and water in mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix on low speed until ingredients are combined. Scrape down sides of bowl. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top surface. Cover loosely with greased foil.
BakeBake for 35 minutes. Carefully remove foil and bake for a further 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately transfer onto cooling rack and allow to cool completely before slicing.
Tapioca starch, non fat milk solids, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, 575), vegetable gums (guar, xanthan, 464), whey powder (from milk), maize flour, emulsifiers [soy lecithin, 471, 475 (from soy)], milk protein, salt, rice starch, maltodextrin (from maize).
