Create your own delicious gluten free date loaf at home with BASCO Date Loaf Mix.

2/3 cup (150mL) water
3 tablespoons (60g) soft polyunsaturated margarine or butter
22 x 11cm loaf pan
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F (160°C fan forced). Grease and flour loaf pan with gluten free flour or lightly grease and line with baking paper.
MixPlace cake mix, egg, water and margarine or butter into mixing bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until ingredients are combined. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
BakeBake for 40 - 45 minutes. Cake is baked if it springs back when lightly touched in the centre. Allow cake to cool in pan for 5 minutes, prior to inverting onto cooling rack.
