Ingredients

Maize Starch (Contains Traces of Sulphites), Sugar, Maize Flour, Buttermilk Powder (9%), Whole Egg Powder, Whey Powder (From Milk), Raising Agents (450, Sodium Bicarbonate), Soy Flour, Vegetable Oil (Canola), Mineral Salt (341), Salt, Vegetable Gum (Xanthan).

Made on equipment that also processes Egg, Milk, Peanuts and Tree Nuts.


Pancake Shake

Buttermilk Pancake Shake directions

  • 1. Preheat fry pan, and grease well.
  • 2. Shake bottle to loosen dry mix.
  • 3. Remove lid. Do not discard.
  • 4. Fill bottle with water to level indicated on this label. Alternatively add 1ΒΌ cups (310mL) water to bottle, and replace lid. Turn bottle upside down and tap lid sharply on bench to loosen mix.
  • 5. Shake bottle well for 1 minute. Gently remove lid to release air, and then replace lid and shake for a further 1 minute.
  • 6. Pour batter into fry pan to desired size. Cook over a low to medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Makes approximately 12 (8-10cm) pancakes.
