Ingredients

Maize Flour, Vegetable Oil, Maize Starch, Glucose Syrup Solids (From Maize), Non-Fat Milk Solids, Raising Agents (450, Sodium Bicarbonate), Milk Protein, Salt, Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, 471, 477), Vegetable Gums (412, 415), Mineral Salt (339), Antioxidant (306).

Made on equipment that also processes Egg, Milk, Peanuts and Tree Nuts.


Multi-Purpose Baking Mix directions

Pizza Base - makes 2 large Pizza bases

  • You will need:
  • 1 BASCO Multi-Purpose Baking Mix (450g)
  • 1 Cup (250mL) Water
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 3 Tbsps (60mL) Polyunsaturated Vegetable Oil
  • 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease 2 pizza trays.
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients to form a dough.
  • 3. Place dough onto lightly floured surface (you may use 1-2 tablespoons of maize cornflour or Multi-Purpose Mix) and gently kneed dough until smooth.
  • 4. Gently press out dough with fingers to cover pizza trays.
  • 5. Top with your favourite pizza toppings and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
