Asian Beef Stir Fry directions

  • You will need:
  • BASCO Asian Beef Stir Fry Mix
  • 400g Lean beef, cut into strips
  • 1 Medium Onion, sliced
  • 500g Mixed Frozen Vegetables, sliced
  • ¾ Cup (185mL) Water
  • 1. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large saucepan. Place 400g of beef strips in saucepan, and cook until just brown.
  • 2. Add one sliced onion, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • 3. Combine ¾ cup water and BASCO Asian Beef Stir Fry Mix in a jug and stir with a fork. Add the 500g of mixed vegetables and the combined mix to saucepan, and bring to boil, while stirring constantly.
  • 4. Cover saucepan, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice.
